At GCEAC, we provide specialized social skills instruction for teens and adults who want to strengthen communication, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotional intelligence. Services are offered both individually and in small therapeutic groups, giving clients the opportunity to learn, practice, and apply skills in a supportive, structured environment. Our approach is designed for anyone experiencing social communication challenges, including neurodivergent individuals such as those with Autism, ADHD, social anxiety, or social-emotional skill gaps. We support teens and adults who want help navigating school, work, and personal relationships; individuals seeking to improve emotional intelligence, personal boundaries, and social confidence; and those who simply want to feel more equipped in everyday interactions. Instruction focuses on practical, real-world skills such as conversation and communication patterns, reading social cues and body language, emotional awareness, perspective-taking, conflict resolution, friendship and relationship skills, self-advocacy, boundary-setting, and executive functioning for social situations. We offer individualized sessions tailored to each client’s goals, as well as small group sessions that provide guided practice, peer interaction, and real-time feedback. Using strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based strategies, our goal is to help every client feel more confident, connected, and capable in their daily lives—at school, work, home, and within their community.
